You’re Better Off Starting Your Own Airline Or Watching TV

Airbus A380

I’ve had something that’s been eating me for several days now, so I thought I would post it for the Newbies.  The Olde Salt will find it reflective.

I was looking over a recent sale of a Blog of mine and happened to notice a familiar name that had been looking at the Blogs for sale. I had sold this individual a very popular Blog.

After the sale of a Blog to someone, I try to keep up with the new owners to follow their progress and to learn a thing or two from others on how they do things. When I dropped-in to visit this individual’s Blog after two months, I noticed that his account had been suspended for non-payment. I thought to myself, why in the world is he looking to buy another Blog or Website? He obviously had money to buy a site, but apparently had no money to pay his hosting fees, or he had just lost interest in what he had.

The only thing that I can figure is that the Blog that I sold him was not providing him the type of income he was interested in after only two months, so he’s moving on to something more promising. Reality check: unless you’re Bill Gates or Michael Dell, or you have promising computer skills, the Blog is really one of the best ways to earn an income online, and it’s not going to provide much of an income after just two months. However, that’s why there are so many of them out there. Once again, its interactive!!!

I have noticed that of all the Blogs that I look in on, the vast majority of them are dead in the water, like 99% of them. This is staggering to me!  Why so many failures? I guess it’s easier to start-up an airline, or sit at home and watch TV, than to start and manage a Blog. And with 133 million Blogs out there, there really is no more room for you anyway…….or is there????
