Australia’s Yaro Starak

Yaro Starak

When looking for this week’s subject, I wanted to focus on someone who is blogging in Australia. I Googled in Australia for a couple of hours before I came up on Yaro Starak. No,  I’m not that out of touch; but I also wanted to focus on someone who has not really been in the public eye for so long, and Yaro Starak is one of the top Bloggers in the world.

I have a great following in Australia, so I wanted to give back, and write about one of their Bloggers …………………….. Ahhh, I get it, I may not be out of touch, but I am a bit slow. The reason I have a great following in Australia, is because of Yaro Starak!

Writing about Yaro is like writing about Mick Dundee!  There is not a lot that I am going to be able to add here, especially when I don’t know Yaro personally, but it seems that everyone knows him.  So off I go to compile from all the info from whatever sources I can find.

Yaro has created, managed and sold several different Internet businesses since 1998, he currently runs the “Entrepreneurs-Journey.com“  Active since his university days, Yaro’s approach to his daily efforts revolve around the character traits and methods of those he has observed as opposed to any certain role model. His approach is one of enjoying what you have while you have it as it pertains to your growth in your online business.  In other words, I think he enjoys the process of online commerce instead of the end result and encourages you to do the same!  Consistency and persistence is also important to Yaro when it comes to business. He’s really big on getting out there and doing it, not just reading E-Books about how it is done …….. what’s the point otherwise?

Once your growth in blogging reaches a certain point and you are able to look beyond just the bills,  especially if you want to move beyond the six figure level of income, you are going to have to get to know some folks. Quoting Yaro, “You can work quite hard, in particular online, and do quite well independently, but if you really want to grow you need points of leverage and most of them come from knowing people”.

Not wanting anyone to go away empty from this post, you can opt-in for a couple of Yaro’s E-Book’s for the beginner right on the homepage of his blog. You actually have several choices, but for the beginner,  the two that I recommmend are “Blog Profits Blueprint” and the other is “Roadmap to Become a Blogger”.  I could go on about Yaro having all the tools of a ProBlogger and running down all the ins and outs of his blog, but the best way for you to understand who Yaro is is to spend time with him over at his site.

One point of caution for the beginner blogger:  as you take in all that Yaro has to offer,  remember this;  while you can eventually make the rent by managing your blog a couple of hours a day like he did,  he personally no longer does this.  If you were to pull back the curtain on Yaro’s operation,  I am sure you will find a sophisticated operation with several people working with him.  I count eight that were working with him on his “Blog Mastermind” program and that was three years ago.

Yaro has arrived at the point that we all aspire to, no matter what form our blog takes, we all want to be admired, we all want to prosper. However understand that it was through hard work, determination and imagination, perhaps a little luck thrown in that he has been able to accomplish this.  It certainly helps that Yaro is in a class by himself. You can count the true “Superstar ProBloggers” on one hand.  Yaro is one of these superstars!

  1. Yaro’s blog mastermind course comes well recommended, although I have never tried it.

Yaro’s success, just like with Darren Rowse, John Chow etc. has a lot to do with his passion for his niche, long term dedication, commitment to learning, and how he interacts with others (i.e networking).

    Hi Chris,
Thanks for dropping by! You make some valid points. One more I’d like to add to your list; have you ever seen his videos to promote “Blog Mastermind”? That is some sort of a dynamic element for success!
